SME T&Cs EOFY 1 YEAR FREE AD MANAGEMENT

 

1. These terms and the Schedule form the Conditions of Entry for this Promotion, and set out all of the information you need to know regarding this Promotion. By submitting this enquiry, you agree that these Conditions of Entry apply to your sign up. 

 

2. The promoter is Search Marketing Experts ABN 43 635 366 853 22

 

3. Entrants to this competition will be accepted from 8:30am AEST 26th of May 2021 until 11.59pm AESTpm 30th of June 2021 provided the Entry Procedure is adhered to. 

 

How to enter

4. To enter, you must follow the Entry Procedure outlined below. 

 

5. You must sign up to Search Marketing Experts’ Google Ad management services between the period of 8:30am AEST 24th May 2021 and 11.59pm 30th of June 2021 AEST using the competition promotion code EOFYSME21 at checkout

 

6. Your sign up must pertain to one of the following products and be officially confirmed by Search Marketing Experts’ team via initial payment prior to 5pm 30th of June 2021: Search Starter, Shop Starter or Super Search + Shopping Google Ads Management Package. 

 

7. You must be a resident of Australia with a valid ABN. This competition is not open to residents or ABN registered businesses of the ACT or New Zealand. 

 

8. We reserve the right to disqualify your entry in the competition of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry, failure to meet any content guidelines set out in the Entry Procedure, or if (in our reasonable opinion), you tamper or interfere with an entry mechanism in any way.

 

9. If the Promotion cannot run for reasons beyond our control (for example, infection by computer virus, mobile network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or technical failures), we reserve the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion. If that happens, we’ll select a winner from eligible entries received at the time.

 

10. All decisions made by us regarding any aspect of the Promotion are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

Prizes

11. The prize(s) are set out in the Prize Details and are subject to any restrictions specified in the Prize Restrictions/Exclusions. Prize values are accurate as at the commencement date of the Promotion. Any variation after that date is beyond our control. All costs, fees, charges or expenses associated with claiming the prize(s) as included in our sign on terms and conditions including sign on fee, cancellation fees, notice period and media spend including any additional costs incurred in claiming the prize through use of Search Marketing Experts’ services are the sole responsibility of the entrant. 

 

12. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 

 

13. The prize is valued at a total maximum value of $5,700 AUD worth of Google Ads Search Marketing Experts’ management fee or the equivalent accumulated value of 52 weeks worth of your chosen plan pertaining to Google Ads management. 

 

14. As such, the prize can only be redeemed via the use of Search Marketing Expert’s Google Ads management services and the winner must be on a valid Google Ads management plan to redeem your prize. This is not valid for any additional or other Get More Traffic service. 

 

15. Twelve month’s worth of management fee waiver will be applied only to the package chosen at time of competition entrance sign up. Not valid on package upgrades. 

 

16. This applies to the Google Ads weekly Management fee only. All additional costs incurred by enlisting the services of Search Marketing Experts, shall remain unchanged as per the original sign on terms and conditions including sign on fee, cancellation fees and any additional incurred costs not pertaining to the previously mentioned weekly management fee. 

 

17. Your prize is valid for 52 consecutive week’s worth of management fees from the announcement date and standard management fees will resume at week 53. 

 

18. This service can not be paused and must be used consecutively. If you chose to terminate your contract with Search Marketing Experts prior to the 52 weeks, the remainder of your management fee waiver will be forfeited and can not be recommenced at a later date. 

 

How winners are chosen and notified

19. One winner will be selected at random via use of a 3rd party random number generator from the pool of total eligible entrants. 

 

20. The winner will be drawn at 3pm 1st of July. 

 

21. The winner will be notified via phone call and email and given until 3pm the 5th of July to claim their prize either verbally or in writing. 

 

22. If the prize goes unclaimed within the specified timeframe, a redraw will occur at 3pm July 6th. 

 

23. The redraw winner will have a further 72 hours to claim their prize either verbally or in writing until 3pm the 9th of July. 

 

24. The prize winner will be announced publicly on the SponsoredLinX website and social channels and displayed publicly for 30 days. 

 

How to claim prizes

25. The one year’s worth of free Google Ads management will be waived from your weekly invoice for 52 consecutive weeks. 

 

26. This will be waived on a weekly basis and not as a lump sum repayment or reimbursement.
